A convenient and flexible modular approach designed in response to demand from property professionals.

Take advantage of our expertise by picking and choosing discrete modules from among our wide range of existing diploma, degree and postgraduate courses to meet your individual professional development needs, without having to commit to a full course.

Via distance learning, you’ll be guided through your chosen Framework for Lifelong Learning modules, but with lots of flexibility in terms of time commitment and location. Our modules are manageable and cost-effective, but we also maintain the essential quality controls needed to provide first-rate and reliable learning resources.

Study materials, which have been put together by CEM’s experts, are tailored to individual courses and modules. You can purchase these at any time.

How it works

Each module takes approximately 200 hours of study. A module is usually made up of 15-20 study papers, with each requiring 10-20 hours of study.

You can elect to be assessed and receive a CEM qualification, as well as written confirmation of the CPD hours worked. Modules are worth 30 credits and with 120 credits you’ll receive the CEM Framework for Lifelong Learning Certificate. Our modules earn you CPD hours or, for RICS Members, meet Lifelong Learning requirements. An additional £100 is payable for the assessment option.
