Principles of Arbitration

This paper aims to explain the meaning and purpose of arbitration and to put the process of arbitration into context compared with other dispute resolution techniques. It also outlines the merits of arbitration, discuss the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 and describes the nature of a typical arbitration. After studying this pack, you should be able to:
