To meet the challenges of the property world and enhance the performance of your staff at all levels, there is an ever-growing need for high-quality, relevant and carefully tailored training programmes.

We work with real estate and construction organisations to provide lifelong learning, and help their people keep pace with change and enhance business performance. Training can be tailored to your specific needs, and on any property-related subject, for any number of staff. All courses count towards CPD hours.

We train all levels of the profession both in the public and private sectors. Our tutors, who are experts in their field as well as in a range of learning methods, are flexible and innovative in their course design and approach, ensuring a high-quality, engaging bespoke training experience. The College can also draw on its dedicated research department, which carries out ‘near-market’ research with and for the profession and government bodies. This research informs our training.

How it works

We can deliver courses at the College, at an organisation’s own venue or via distance learning. Methods of teaching include:

• Workshops and one-day seminars
• Multi-day, one-off or repeat programmes
• Lecture-focused courses with individually tailored supporting notes
• Assessed or unassessed certificated programmes
