All our courses are delivered through supported distance learning, which means you’ll have experts to provide all the information, advice and support you need to realise your learning and work goals.

Our course administrators

You’ll be assigned a course administrator as soon as you start your course. They will be on hand to offer support and direction throughout your study. Our course administrators monitor the virtual learning environment regularly, and respond to any administrative issues you raise through the discussion forums.

They also provide pastoral support – helping with any queries you may have, liaising with tutors or simply lending a sympathetic ear if you need to talk through a problem relating to your studies. You can contact your course administrator by telephone or email.

They’ll also help you choose relevant study options for the next stage of your course, and can help you review your current circumstances so you make appropriate choices to reach your potential.

Our assignments office

You’ll submit assignments throughout your course. To make this as easy as possible we have a dedicated assignments team to advise you. You can submit your assignments and get feedback online wherever you are in the world. The team also liaise with course administrators and tutors on your behalf to ensure swift processing of your assignments.

Exams and progression

We have a special team to guide and support you through your exams registration and award. If you haven’t sat a formal exam for a while, it can be a daunting prospect, so the team are there to help.

They will ensure that you have an examination centre in which to take your exams, which will normally be in your country of residence. Specific centres can be arranged for example for students in the armed forces, or those with specific needs.

The team will provide you with your examination results, as well as give advice on re-registration, and funding if you need it. When you complete your course we will advise you of your award and details of your graduation ceremony.

Technical support

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with any of our technical resources we have a support desk to help you to resolve your problem.
