Refund policy and guarantee
With nearly 100 years of experience you can be confident that we will be there for the duration of your course. Furthermore successful candidates have had the peace of mind of knowing that we will ensure that re-enrolment to subsequent stages will be available to them.
We therefore have no hesitation in guaranteeing to new students that, in the unlikely event of the College withdrawing a course, all fees paid will be refunded.
The other elements of the refund policy are:
- No monies to be paid at the application stage.
- New students are given the opportunity to abandon a course within four weeks of the official start date and receive a full refund (less an administration fee). This is conditional upon returning all the study material provided. Any refund due will be calculated from the date the College receives your withdrawal in writing.
- In the event of the student withdrawing from a current course a proportional refund of fees paid (less an administration fee) based on the date of withdrawal. Payment of sums due will be made following the return of all the study material provided. Any refund due will be calculated from the date the College receives your withdrawal in writing.
- Notwithstanding the above, circumstances of an exceptional nature may arise which lead to a student withdrawing from a course. In cases of withdrawal due to serious illness, bereavement, unemployment, etc, the College may use its discretion to waive fees due.
You may cancel your registration agreement and withdraw from the course at any time by contacting in writing the College’s Exams and Progression Team who will confirm your cancellation by email or letter and ask you to return your course material. Any refund due will be calculated from the date the College receives your withdrawal in writing.
Please note that the College is not able to guarantee a place on the course for students who wish to recommence their studies after withdrawing.
