Fees shown on individual course pages in the 2012/13 Prospectus give an indication of the total course fees payable, in total (not per annum), over the duration of the course. Please see the Fees and Funding page for details of how the total course fees have been set as either fixed or subject to annual review.
Any applicable retake fees and/or University of Reading initial registration fees (the latter for the BSc programme only) will be subject of further charges as set out in the tables below.

| RETAKE FEES |
| If you are offered a further attempt at passing any module, a retake fee of approximately half the original module fee will be payable. If you are unable to complete a module successfully owing to illness or other mitigating circumstance, should the Results Board deem you not to have sat, you will not lose an attempt. However, the retake fee will still be payable. |
