Who we work with
CEM has built up a wide portfolio of clients and sponsors for its research, including major public and private companies, charitable trusts, academic institutions, professional bodies and government organisations.
Sponsors come to us for many reasons. Some lack the resources or expertise to carry out their own research. Others may have their own research capability, but nevertheless wish to benefit from collaboration with an independent body.
We welcome research partnerships with stakeholders involved in UK and European property, including property businesses and private and public sector bodies with a role or interest in the profession.
The College has independent charitable status and donations are a tax efficient way for external sponsors to support research for the benefit of property professionals and the wider public.
