Recent research into the residential real estate market, for example, has included housing issues faced by the young, elderly, disabled, and teleworkers. We have also covered flat management companies, fair rents, the impact of legislative changes on the private rented sector, valuing for the right-to-buy and skills development in residential estate agency.
Facilities management research has included the market response to public sector outsourcing of property consultancy, the maintenance of intelligent client functions within public bodies, and the development of public/private partnerships.
