Sustainability for Real Estate Investment

At CEM we have a great deal of expertise in the critical issue of sustainability to help contribute to greater understanding within the profession. As industry and wider public awareness of climate change and sustainable development has increased, we have looked for solutions to the seemingly intractable problems of achieving economic growth and social stability within the limitations of the Earth’s environmental resources. Developed by CEM in partnership with Legal & General, this course is primarily designed for people employed in the real estate and construction industry, such as investors, developers, fund or asset property managers, building surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors and facilities managers.
