What we do

In summary, our objectives are to:

• deliver education and training to those concerned with land and property and for students wanting to enter the property and construction professions
• provide facilities for those concerned with property and construction to maintain and develop their professional skills and knowledge
• promote research and the publication of information on property and construction matters.

In pursuing these objectives we:

• provide supported distance learning courses leading to the award of a degree, diploma or certificate and, where appropriate, a recognised professional qualification
• identify and undertake research projects
• publish texts, study packs and other material to support the continuing professional development of those in the property and construction sector
• deliver corporate training to organisations concerned with property and construction matters
• support the work of professional bodies, charities and other organisations concerned with property and construction.
