Paul Halford is a Tutor in Real Estate at the College of Estate Management, where his primary responsibility is for teaching valuation.
Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to joining the College he worked for a number of local authorities, including a period as the chief valuer for Reading Borough Council; as a director of a commercial property services firm; as a director of a property development company; as a freelance property consultant and as a director of a property valuation and appraisal software company.
His interest in teaching is to help students understand the practical application of their studies.
