Nikki Bulteel graduated from the College in 1996 having completed the external degree course. She qualified in 1998 following 5 years in general practice specialising in valuation work, urban estate management and rating. She became deputy head of the property department of a national retailer, responsible for acquisition and disposal work for the company, before joining the College in October 1999.
