You may be new to distance learning or you may have studied with the College before, either way studying by distance learning requires energy and a strong personal commitment to self development.
Our Academic Support Team are available to support you throughout your time with the College.
Our Academic Support Team provides student centred information, advice and support to help you realise your learning and work goals. All advice is confidential to your needs, and you can contact us through e-mail, the VLE or on the phone.
Course administrators
Course administrators belong to the Learning and Academic Support Team and can help you throughout your time studying with the College. Each course has a dedicated course administrator who will provide support in a variety of ways, helping you make informed decisions regarding your studies by explaining procedures, providing course information and offering advice and support throughout your course.
Assignments office
The Assignments Office offers support in all aspects of coursework submission and can answer any queries you may have regarding the submission process. The team liaises with the tutors to ensure that coursework is returned promptly, and issues all online marks and feedback.
Exams and progression
The Exams and Progression Team deals with all issues relating to examinations and course progression. The team will ensure that you are provided with all the information for your exams, arranging exam venues in the country where you are studying, and that your results are delivered on time. The team also provides information regarding registration for the next level of study.
