Dr. Ann Heywood

Dr. Ann Heywood PhD, FRICS, FRGS, MCMI is Principal of the College.
Dr. Heywood is well known in surveying circles and was Chair of the RICS Presidential Commission on Sustainability (2003-2006), tasked with making sustainable development and working practices central to the work of the Institution and its members.
Dr. Heywood trained with the College of Estate Management and for many years was a Director or Managing Partner of environmental consultancies; before taking her role as Principal in January 2007.
Dr. Heywood is the 8th Principal of the College.
