A sustainable future
The need for sustainability in the built environment is not merely an idealistic environmental cause or moral responsibility for those working in real estate and construction, but a mandatory competency required by legislation and professional bodies.
The critical issue of sustainability is central to our philosophy. As industry and wider public awareness of climate change and sustainable development increases, we look for solutions to the seemingly intractable problem of balancing environmental and social concerns with economic growth. We aim to spread sustainable thinking and best practice throughout the property industry and to respond to market needs. Sustainability issues feature throughout our study materials. We use live case studies to help our students work with the best and latest information.
