Information for prospective CEM students in Hong Kong

Founded in 1919, the College of Estate Management (CEM) is the leading international provider of supported distance learning for real estate and construction professionals.

Our patron is His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales.

CEM courses, which are designed for part-time study around work, develop practical skills which build on a student’s workplace experience and have a direct benefit in their professional life.

Course validation

  • CEM’s BSc and MSc degree programmes are validated by the University of Reading.
  • Our MBA programme is validated by the Open University (UK).
 

Course accreditation

Most CEM courses are accredited by one or more internationally recognised professional bodies including:

  • The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
 

Application process for Hong Kong students

CEM is in discussions with a new local partner in Hong Kong. We will announce details of this new local partner when an agreement is reached.

In the meantime, please apply online for any CEM course with CEM directly
